Personal data is processed by Wall Street Football S.r.l. as Data Controller (also the “Company”). Privacy and Protection responsibilities
The following page describes site management methodologies with reference to the data processing of users’ personal data that consult the website. The Data Processing is carried out in compliance with the criteria established by the European Regulation on the protection of personal data (Reg. 2016/679/EU) in force since 25 May 2018 (also GDPR) as well as by Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) in the text currently in force (hereinafter, as a whole, “current legislation”). This document is to be understood as information pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.

Policies and Standards

Principles
The Privacy Policy and Standards used by the Company are based on the following principles:

1)     PRINCIPLE OF LIABILITY
The processing of personal data is managed over time by specific responsibilities and functional roles identified within the company organisation.

2)    PRINCIPLE OF TRANSPARENCY
Personal data is collected and subsequently processed according to the principles expressed by the Privacy Policy adopted by the Company, indicated in this Privacy Policy.

 3)    PRINCIPLE OF COLLECTION RELEVANCE
Personal data is processed lawfully and fairly; they are registered for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes; the purposes of the processing are pertinent and not excessive; are kept for the time necessary for the purposes of collection.

4)   PRINCIPLE OF PURPOSE OF USE
The purposes of the processing of personal data are made known to the interested parties at the time of collection. Any new data processing, if unrelated to the stated purposes, is activated after new information to the interested party and any request for consent, when required by current legislation.

5)    PRINCIPLE OF ACCURACY AND VERIFIABILITY
Personal data is accurate and updated over time. They are also organized and stored in such a way that the interested party is given the opportunity to know, if he wishes, which data has been collected and recorded, as well as to check its quality and request its correction, integration, cancellation for violation of the law or opposition to the processing and to exercise all the other rights provided for by current legislation at the addresses indicated above.

6)   PRINCIPLE OF SAFETY
Personal data is protected by technical, IT, organisational, logistical and procedural security measures, against the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, and of unauthorized access or unauthorized processing. These measures are periodically updated on the basis of technical progress, the nature of the data and the specific characteristics of the treatment, constantly monitored and verified over time.

Communication of Data
External subjects who carry out support activities of any kind for the provision of services by the Company, in relation to which they carry out personal data processing operations, are designated by the latter as Data Processors and are contractually bound to comply with the measures for the security and confidentiality of the treatments. The identity of these third parties is disclosed to users, where required.

The treatments connected to the web services offered by this site take place at the Company’s offices and possibly at the offices of the external Data Processors and are handled by persons in charge of the treatment in charge of managing the requested services, marketing activities – where requested by the user – to data retention activities and occasional maintenance operations.

With the consent of the interested parties, if required by law, and in any case subject to adequate information specifying the various purposes, personal data may be communicated to third parties, public and private, unrelated to the Company, who will treat them as independent data controllers. Our Company is in no way responsible for the processing of personal data carried out by said third party data controllers. The company also assumes no responsibility for:

  • the rules and methods of managing personal data of other websites, which can be reached from our pages through links and references;

  • the contents of any email services, web spaces, chat forums provided to users.

 Personal data will not be disclosed, unless the requested service requires it.

 

Type of data processed
The website offers informative and interactive content. While browsing the site, it will therefore be able to acquire information about the visitor, in the following ways:

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes: IP addresses, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name and website addresses from which access was made, information on the pages visited by users within of the site, the time of access, the permanence on the single page, the analysis of the internal path and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Personal data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Provide the services requested by the user; the treatments put in place for these purposes are necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and do not require a specific consent from the interested party.

  • Detect your experience of using our site, the services we offer and ensure the correct functioning of the web pages and their contents; the treatments put in place for these purposes are based on a legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

  • Send commercial and promotional communications, direct sales, market research on products, services and events (hereinafter collectively referred to as “marketing activities”) of the Company, and for marketing activities, directly by the latter, on behalf of companies of the 24 ORE Group and also of other categories of third parties; the treatments put in place for these purposes are carried out with the specific consent provided by the user, with the exception of commercial communications relating to products and/or services similar to those already purchased and/or subscribed by the user for which the treatment is based on a legitimate interest of the Data Controller and/or on the assumptions established by specific regulatory provisions (art. 130 paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code)

  • Carry out profiling activities, i.e. analysis and processing of information relating to the user, his preferences, habits, purchasing and professional choices, consumption choices and/or browsing experiences. the treatments put in place for these purposes are carried out only with the specific consent given by the user (as regards the use of technologies such as cookies, please refer in full to our cookie policy “Cookie Policy”).

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The provision of data, apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide or not the personal data requested in the service registration forms.

On these forms, however, some data can be marked as mandatory; it must be understood that such data are necessary for the provision of the requested service. If these data are not provided, the requested service cannot be provided and the connected opportunities cannot be used.

At the time of any provision of data, the information containing all the provisions dictated by current legislation is provided to the interested party. The interested party is therefore called to express his informed, free consent, expressed in a specific and documented form in the form required by law where requested by the same. If the provision of personal data takes place in successive stages, additions to the information already provided previously and new consents to the processing may be provided.

The types of personal data collected and processed on the site are those necessary for the provision of the various services provided. The data collected is processed using paper, automated and telematic methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing. Your fax and telephone numbers and your e-mail address may also be used to offer you the services. If you do not express your consent to the use of e-mail and telephone for purposes of advertising information or direct sales or interactive commercial communication, these tools will not be used for this purpose, without prejudice to the application of specific legal bases different and additional (art. 130 paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code). How long we retain your data
The personal data collected through the use of the Site are processed for the time strictly necessary to provide the services requested and to carry out the related technical and security operations, as well as, once the latter is finished, for the times eventually established by the regulations in force for administrative purposes and possibly defensive, also connected to the possible ascertainment of responsibility in the event of computer crimes.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Periodic “Risk Analysis” activities are carried out to verify compliance with the defined standards and possibly adopt new security measures following organizational changes and technological innovations or changes in the type of data collected. The security measures are constantly monitored and periodically verified.

The Data Controller declines any responsibility regarding the possible request and/or release of personal data to third-party sites and regarding the management of authentication credentials provided by subjects you

 

 

Rights of the interested parties
In relation to the processing of your personal data, according to the methods and within the limits established by current legislation, you have the right to ask the Company:

  • access: you can request confirmation as to whether or not data concerning you is being processed, as well as further clarifications regarding the information referred to in this Information, as well as to receive the data itself, within the limits of reasonableness;

  • rectification: you can request to rectify or integrate the data you have provided us or in any case in our possession, if inaccurate;

  • cancellation/oblivion: you can request that your data acquired or processed by the Company be cancelled, if they are no longer necessary for our purposes or where there are no disputes or disputes pending, in the event of withdrawal of consent or opposition to the processing, in the event of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to cancel;

  • limitation: you can request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, when one of the conditions referred to in art. 18 of the GDPR; in this case, your data will not be processed, except for storage, without your consent except for what is explained in the same article in paragraph 2.

  • opposition: you can oppose the processing of your data at any time on the basis of our legitimate interest, unless there are legitimate reasons for proceeding with the processing that prevail over yours, for example for the exercise or our defense in court judicial; your opposition will always prevail over our legitimate interest in processing your data for marketing purposes;

  • portability: you can request to receive your data, or to have it transmitted to another holder indicated by you, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device.

 Furthermore, in compliance with art. 7, par. 3 of the GDPR, we inform you that you can exercise your right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent previously given. Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
