The Privacy Policy and Standards used by the Company are based on the following principles:

The processing of personal data is managed over time by specific responsibilities and functional roles identified within the company organisation.

Communication of Data
External subjects who carry out support activities of any kind for the provision of services by the Company, in relation to which they carry out personal data processing operations, are designated by the latter as Data Processors and are contractually bound to comply with the measures for the security and confidentiality of the treatments. The identity of these third parties is disclosed to users, where required.
The treatments connected to the web services offered by this site take place at the Company’s offices and possibly at the offices of the external Data Processors and are handled by persons in charge of the treatment in charge of managing the requested services, marketing activities – where requested by the user – to data retention activities and occasional maintenance operations.

Navigation data

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The provision of data, apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide or not the personal data requested in the service registration forms.
On these forms, however, some data can be marked as mandatory; it must be understood that such data are necessary for the provision of the requested service. If these data are not provided, the requested service cannot be provided and the connected opportunities cannot be used.
At the time of any provision of data, the information containing all the provisions dictated by current legislation is provided to the interested party. opposition: you can oppose the processing of your data at any time on the basis of our legitimate interest, unless there are legitimate reasons for proceeding with the processing that prevail over yours, for example for the exercise or our defense in court judicial; your opposition will always prevail over our legitimate interest in processing your data for marketing purposes;
portability: you can request to receive your data, or to have it transmitted to another holder indicated by you, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device.

Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
